well almost a year on I have the solution to my problems. Today I replaced the upper solenoid pack which sits in the valve body inside the gearbox. In the solenoid pack is a line pressure solenoid which had gone bad. All good, nice smooth gear changes, and acceleration seems more solid too. it's like driving a new zed. Very happy!
alright mate . this may have already been suggested . low tranny fluid is usually the cause and a very quick fix . good luck
