I'm bored as and I'm really procrastinating today...it's friday, I've had another long week, and well, I just basically don't feel like doing what I'm supposed to be doing, so I'm taking some time out and having a bit of fun with to remind me why I love my job. So I was going through my collection of 300 pics looking for something to play with and came across these. There was really nothing that did it for me, it was just my ZX and me thinking "Wonder what I could do different" then went browsing here, ebay and shops. Oh the major thing that convinced me to do it wall was my wallet
When I first bought mine, it was stock as a rock, except for a set of GTR R33 rims. I loved the look and thought it was quick enough, didn't really have any intention of doing anything to it. It wasn't really till I was browsing one day and came across that pea green one, and thought damn, time to look at some kits....since then not much has been left untouched
I had this one sitting on my desktop about 8yrs ago, when it was around $50k to buy a zed. It felt so out of reach then.
Yeah I remember it too... I also remember the guy who owned the car having a shit about people using his image without permission
I'll bite... My favorite 2 Zed pictures BZ (Before Zed) Anyone know the name of this frontbar? Love the Wing, Color and Rims on this Zed. Its just gorgeous. MoulaZX
very nice.. ok.. FIRST what made me want a ZX.. i was 14.. driving to canberra for soccer.. half asleap (it was 8am).. dad was driving.. and a very loud deep but smooth rumbling woke me up.. i looked up and around as 2 ZX went past.. a red one and a black one behind it (2 seaters).. i loved them.. sleak.. powerful.. noisy in a good way... (i didnt have a better metaphor at the age i was LOL). What made me want to mod one? umm lets see.. when i saw a similar red one in town about a year ago with a UAS front bar by the looks of it. targa.. 2 seater... twin turbo.. the guy let me sit in it.. custom leather interior and sound system.. (so for almost 5 years ive wanted a ZX and to customise one/mod one ) btw im guessing those ZX i saw were from canberra or NSW LOL
1st one is Stillen GTZ-R. thats the same as what was on that pea green one. The candy one is wings west kit all round.
it's a Stillen front bar I bought my Z to mod it, already had quite a few goodies on it when i got it
I haven't seen one in particular that made me want to play with the Z... it just sort of happens. But this was one of my favourites: Andy's black beast And MrTT was a nice one too.
You are right, I'm not a real fan of the convertible Zed - but, this one is cool. i also love this one....wish my zed was as good as this one
Maybe it's the blue colour that you're attracted to Erik? ... and yes, Chris's convertible is possibly the sweetest i've ever seen! :zlove:
Andy's old black beast is my favourite. Because those rims make the car look sooo fat and damn fine! Those wheels are going to be on my shopping list thats for sure!
