17 inch wheels

just about to purchase these http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/290777732248?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_500wt_1202 i know the offsets will work, but will 17 inch clear hicas? and does anyone know what the wheels are like for brake caliper clearance? cheers

The Ad read "Staggered" does that mean you get a wider set for the rear??

 

yes 9 inch rear 8 inch front.

 

Given that a 16" diameter rim is factory stock fitting, why would you feel that a larger diameter rim would foul the HICAS components?

This being said as far as i know if you go too thick with your rims depending on the size they will touch the knuckle.

 

Not the knuckle, but the LCA. And he's miles off that.
