Tyres aren't much chop (one of the fronts is a yokohama and in top condition - but the rest need replacing) They can be seen here on my zed: They are in QLD and I will sell to the highest acceptable offer I get over the next week. Bidding starts at $100 plus shipping.
Re: Bidding Bidding, offers, whatever... I don't want to set a price because I will let the market decide what I will sell them, I just want the best price I can get (isn't this the same with nearly every sale?).
No, actually it's not. It's been posted a number of times that auctions... are a no-go in the FS section. Do a search and see what I mean, unless the posts got so ugly and violent that the administrators deleted them. If you want to test the market you may want to try the Trading Post or some similar method of advertising. Testing it on people that are your fellow association members and that you ask advice for free, and vice-versa, is and has been frowned upon. CheerZ Vincent
Look man I just want to sell my wheels... ok? So if it pleases you, I will set the price at $500, however I will accept offers over the next week and then make a decision. I am not trying to test the market as such - in all honesty I was worried about asking for too much and being laughed at, as I have no really good idea of their value. So officially the price is $500 but I am very negotiable, I am not interested in ripping anyone off. Happy? If you can reach just one person....
Re: Look man I just want to sell my wheels... hey could u send some more pics to vip_paul@hotmail.com if possible nice close up also do u have any idea how much shiping to wa could be?
Dude, contrary to what you may think, I'm not trying to rain on.... your parade. Auctions created probs in the past, and they really pitched mbr vs mbr. Good luck selling your wheels, they look great. Wish I was in the same State, as I'd probably buy 'em. CheerZ Vincent
Vincent is correct.......>> Auctions are a definate NO-NO because they invariably lead to arguements. If you really want to Auction them then just put them on eBay and post a link here. Now that you have put a price of $500 (ono) on them it is no longer an auction so I wont delete it. It is a very good price, so good luck with the sale.
