Go check the car out, it's a genuinely rare model and seems to be in great condition!

No point checking it out at the moment as I'll be buying around September, or maybe April. After reading the thread about how no one was driving their ZXs today and asking a question and getting an answer about them prone to overheating if things aren't looked after properly got me all worried.

 

All i meant was that both overheating and headgasket are major issues that i'm sure the seller would mention if it was the case; kinda hard to pretend the car's not overheating..

If the cooling system is up to scratch even today's heat is fine (45c).

Theres nothing wrong with the car at all, getting it serviced soon and have to pay registration this week
The only thing I can think of would be the tyres, as in they may not pass the roadworthy.
Im losing a lot of money in this sale so starting to reconsider, been up a few months and havn't had any serious offers
I figure considering I have to get new tyres and paying rego, I might get a bit of my moneys worth by holding onto it
If I go to get a roadworthy and the tyres don't pass, I'll be selling as is...

Oh and headgasket is not blown and I drove to Phillip Island (150km) in 43 degree weather no problems

Why the hell

Dont we get the TT version then? Fark this country sucks sometimes.

 

Australia never got ANY TT model officially (remember all TT's are grey imports). That is why we got the NA version of the 25th anniversary instead of the TT one. I actually think the aus one looks better.

We just get scrwed all the time, I dont think its ok we didnt get the TT model in the 1st place is kinda what I was saying, I couldn't care less about a non turbo version lol
