looks great That looks brilliant One question though, what is the red box on the drivers side, in the hicas area?
that is one mean machine ,, well looks like your not all that far away from starting it ... fingers crossed it all goes 100% for you .. good luck .. post up a vid when its finished ..
i am so close on putting a 502 in the damm thing ..... but they want about 20 G's for the engine .. but this one looks really nice and clean
Yep, I picked the LT1 engine because it looked neat and was still kinda old school. It also had the cam driven crab style dizzy on the front of the engine. Most chevs have the rather large dizzy poking up at the rear of the engine....I think you could still fit it in the engine bay but you would not be able to remove the dizzy. One of the engine importers (I think it may have been Suburban Imports) were selling fully reco 395hp LT1 for I think the $5000/$6000 dollar mark. I built this one in the shed not really knowing what I was doing, so if it goes bang, I will probably just replace it with one of them.
Looks an extremely neat and professional install ZZZ300, love the look of it  If you want to make it any more unique and fun you should quad turbo it Brilliant work!! Cheers! Craig
What sort of radiator fan are you planning to use? BTW: that hammer tone finish in the engine bay looks mad
I still have the standard Z thermo mounted and plan to run extra thermos on the inside as well. I will be ordering a stand alone harness and retuned camaro computer from the states...this has a dual fan switch, so original Z thermo will cut in first and extra inside ones second. Engine bay paint came up pretty good considering I thought I was doing it a bit quick and nasty....before and after photos below:
