AND seriousli get at the caryard they have insurance for anything that goes out, and im pretty sure u will win....the money will come out of them, and if they have a problem with it then they would proabably sue the girl which would probably end up being nothing more than community service....

that the car she was driving came from a Car Yard.
Was it stolen & if not, who allowed her to drive it, unlicensed & under age. Her parents would be held responsible I would think, cause she is still a minor.
Get some legal advise.

I had an elderly woman in a WRX almost take the bonnet off my new Mini in Centrelink car park (Glen Waverley) the other day.. Only just missed me, the crazy biatch.. I think she must have been going through a mid-life-crisis.

I agree that you should get legal advise.. If you make her parents pay then perhaps they'll learn to discipline their children..

Update (from the dead)...

Just reading of someone else's misfortune reminded me of my own. Well it was pointless trying to get any money out of the accused driver. My father’s car still has the battle scars, I'll have to pay for it out of my own pocket when he decides it's time to repair it.

Bloody non-educated Bogan bitches!!! . I just had a thought, maybe she could get pregnant & get the baby bonus and pay for the damage. I see plenty of other girls her age in their tracksuits with a smoke hanging out of their mouth pushing a pram. I'd like to may the statement official... I HATE BOGANS!

I was lucky...

This guy hits me in the girlfriend's car, driver runs and another guy turns up and the passengers of the other car say he was the driver... cops turn up. I say he isn't the driver, cop takes a description... cop sends someone to pick him up from home!!! (aparantly he knows the cops pretty well - lol).

Funny thing #2: Same scene, with cop car (lights on) and 3 cars of people giving statements, then a cab pulls up RIGHT INFRONT OF US and this idiot (looked high) tries to run!!! Needless to say he didn't get far.

I was just in a car crash on Sunday.

Friends car is a little crumpled...other car was written off.

I hit my head on the window...ouch! Other than that everyone is alright. The two people in the other car were elderly...they were both shaken up...but fine.

I didn't get any sleep last night. Was thinking about my mate...his car is not insured. He has written off the other peoples car...Not sure how he is going to pay for it...could be up to $20,000. Then he has to fix his own.

I felt so sick on Sunday just thinking about it all. My head still hurts but I'm not sure if it's from the accident or just thinking about it all.

Really didn't need it to happen at this point in time when a lot of things are going on...but oh well.

I always look at car crashes as a wake up call. Just when you think you're in complete control of everything going on in your life, it takes something like this to open your eyes and makes you start to realise sometimes, you're just not meant to be in control...and you aren't.

Everything happens for a reason.

I had a similar thing happen last weekend. I left my car out the front of a friends house and some *#&% reversed into/sideswiped it. I'm sure it was the house across the road as they had a car there that rolled up when I did and was gone the next morning. Right angle to do it and right colour judging from the white paint on my car. Of course the people who live there don't know anything.

I hate people who don't take responsability for their actions. A friend of mine reversed into someone elses car once. She left her phone number and payed for their damage. Why can't everyone just cop it on the chin, now i have to come up with like $300 for a new fender and respray

 

yeh that truely is as gay as aids Ah well like u said.. your never in control of these things, just hope he can sort it out without it costing the next 5yrs of his life
