thanks for the wrap 90ttz ..but in this case, in my own diplomatic way, i would simply say " you haven't got a f#%@&*^g clue what you are talking about ...!!" QED, mate ...!!!
Damn whats going on here! Obviously this guy is a joke and knows nothing about STYLE, PERFORMANCE, HANDLING and the value of things in general. Also corvettes have double wishbone suspension at the front which is a pretty good set up and not everything is about ultimate speed! It is also about style and class which this guy doesn't seem to have any.
My Missus doesn't even like riding in mine: "Too loud, too bumpy" Mind you, she thought she was the Queen just after we bought it... summer with the targas off, passed one of her friends, she gives the royal wrist wave...:LOL::LOL::zlove:
In one classic post I read somewhere else that I can't forget... the question was: can the 300ZX keep up with a Silvia!!! I nearly fell out of my chair. I don't know, these Z's. If they cannot keep up with a Silvia, can they even be able to keep up with a gogomobile????? What does a Z owner know? I only drive my TT 850km per week and have decimated some of the best so called performance cars. (Don't like to brag) But hey, can the Z beat a Silvia - it beats me. Lets put it into perspective. My previous ride was a unique Gazelle with FJ20T suspension setup front and rear (R200 IRS)yea, paid a lot of $$$$ to kit it. It was fitted with a CA18DET and boosted. The car is a brilliant performer and handler. I sold it to my close friend because he knew the history of it as he helped me transform it. Now, I still think that this car is a brilliant car (for what it is). But I see the Z is a totally different ball game. Totally different. Worlds appart. Now to say the Gazelle/Silvia is a superior car to the Z32 I have to be kidding myself. Long live the Silvia. I'm rushing to buy one tomorrow - NOT Peter
i like the corvette if the free trade agreement goes through, won't that stop the stupid politicians that just canned the 15yr rule? i mean, shouldn't we be able to import a 2 year old corvette without the hassles that you would currently face? (ie live in the states and own there car over there for at least 1 year and then bring it back here etc) and shouldn't we be able to import a mid-90's honda nsx from the USA without any dramas? etc etc
That's gold Baz  But you need to tell us, did that comment come from the endulgement of a chardy or three, or is that a black baz classic?
You can drive a LH drive car as you're in WA the rest of us would have to convert it to RH drive. Too expensive
