I have had 2 mechanics spot out to me that my power steering fluid is not the lovely greeny colour it started but more a brownish one. Is this concerning, if so, can i flush it myself or should i take it somewhere cause im not that mechanically minded. cheers, gus
so you put in a green fluid and it turned brownish?? my fluid colour is redish straight from the bottle.
R U sure you dont mean brake fluid? P.Steering fluid is red out the bottle. Brake fluid green. If your brake fluid is brown get it changed, its stuffed.
