should be done pretty soon. I converted it from manual to auto by myself which took ages. its just getting the free time really so busy at the moment. gonna take some holidays to get it 100% for september (gotta paint front gaurds and bumper)

    pretty pumped to use gas.

Completed my very first alarm / immobaliser install.
Everything works, except for the door actuator :( :( :(

Such a birds nest of a thing to install also due to the hiding area where I put the unit! Unfortunately SCA ran out of black electrical tape and my choices were red and blue, so I need to find some black electrical tape this weekend to make everything look like its factory :D

Washed all of the road scum off it after driving 1100km over the weekend in crappy weather. She got 10L/100km too :)

    Fitted new differential Filler/drain plugs.......

The Group Buy gearbox/diff plug kits arrived today so I threw the diff set in while I was doing an oil change.

It was the usual PITA to remove the oem diff plugs, but it was nice to know this would be the last time I'd have to frig around with those sodding things :D

I ran out of time so the gearbox plugs will have to wait for another day, but I'm looking forward to the convenience of using the same 14mm spanner to do engine, gearbox and diff oil changes

These plugs are excellent quality and it was very handy to be able to 'stick' the drain plug to the subframe while I wiped oil from the drain hole :) (I always manage to lose the drain plug when I put it on the ground )

realised time is becoming harder to come by. dropped of my blitz k26/8 turbo kit to the fabrication magic man (ezzupturbo) who will mock it all up and get all the lines/gaskets ready to go when I blow my current motor in september. super excited to see this ancient turbo kit bolted up.

decided against a digital bottle pressure gauge and will just use my wideband as thats really whats important.

With the help of littlechicken installed my new Z1 BA SMICs.

Stock brackets didn't quite fit so had to lower holes about 1cm (as well as the afore mentioned blinker mods, and reroute CC piping out the way - kept the CC).

Drove it around all day and made a few full throttle runs which was fun. Nothing leaked, slipped or blew up.

Father and law went from 2nd to 1st instead of 2nd to 3rd...... Thought the gearbox was gonna join me in the cabin. I don't think it damaged it but made me pucker up.

Next step e85 conversion. Will use my sard 800 and see how far I can get

How did you go about removing the tint?

On the weekend I gave her a wash and a light polish. Rad, coolant hoses, thermostat and waterpump once I return from Roma this weekend.

my turbo kit getting mocked up. need to grind the block a bit but no biggy. ezzupturbo's fab skills come in real handy.

I wont run this for a while I wanna see how fast I can go with stockers and gas first.
