yep i got hit from behind by some twat at a traino id never seen before didnt even see the punch coming had a fractured jaw 21k they didnt even find the guy just go back and report it you have photos so your 1 step ahead go back and report it then go through legal aid for ex gratia ( or something like that) criminal compensation it means the goverment gives you the $ instead of the culprit it takes about 2-3 yrs to get but its mighty atisfying when you do =P
