Thanks every one for the thoughts, but it is not a negative. Myself and Peta are expecting our first and we have to baby training. Didn't want to harp on it, as we are talking about cars.

Did anyone actually turn up. I went so I could meet some fellow Zed owners and it seemed like I was the only one there. It looked like a poor showing. I am not sure I will bother again.

There was a new GTR there. Looked great on the track.

I was looking forward to meeting some people from the association but I was dissapointed.

 

OK......I've had my leave approved for Friday the 24th so I can drive over and hit the track on the 25th so lets get this happening. Dave, what do I need to do/have/organise so I guarantee I get some track time.

Pretty much turn up there Peter, and you'll get track time. My lovely wife is due on the 19th so I am encouraging an early or later birth Prefer earlier, as I can introduce the new team member to the wonders of track days. Or, is it too early to give them the keys?

 

Passenger rides only until they are at least a whole fortnight old I think Dave.

Based at this rate I'll proabably be still in. However, I might there as pit support only. It will be just have to be a ... we'll see how it goes on the day.

Noting the benefit of Adelaide's Z help maybe a tech day beforehand? Including the fitting of fire extingushers.
Liek I said depending on whether Peta has had the baby will depend on my involvement. the way I see it. If they come in the next week or two. I'am in. after this I'll probably just supply pit support. And if I am not there I'm probably going to be pit support for Peta in Hospital.

 

But the Evade was telling me yesterday it was looking forward to getting on the track!
