AUS ZedFest, Armidale NSW, 2nd-4th April 2010

We're in too, but we're "in like Flynn"(unlike Benny).

 

I see that

of the hundreds of guests that this Motel would have, that there are only 2 negative responses in 2 years. Do you suppose that the 2 complaints may be from people that asked for more than any motel provides.
When I last stayed there, they couldn't be of more help or friendly and the rooms were excellent.
Don't judge by 2 disgruntled people.
The old saying is, "You can please most of the people, most of the time, But you will never please all of the people all of the time".
Why not ask a member that lives close by for a report of available accommodation in Armidale first.
Baz, this place has just that arrangement with their units, and lots of them, plus an excellent restaurant.

Armidale, bit of a hike for the Vics?

 

I've never had the opportunity to get to a ZedFest as yet, but I'm going to make this one.

 

Bit of a hike for us being well settled in up FNQ for us...

 

Pah, last year hardly any of them came anyway, they obviously don't love us

 

keza ... when did you last stay there ...??? .. a better indicator , perhaps ..???

 

Don't be a sook Ains, I made the last two and both were a lot further south than Armidale. If you and Trev come you will have to fight for who wins longest distance travelled award

 

LOL! Not being a sook! rargh.... I had a look on the map to see where it was... is it bout 4-5hrs from the coast? i know its 1.5 to Ballina, 2 to Evans head but i've never been further than that. How many k's all up then? anyone know?

We are coming 3.5hrs more from where you came from tho uncle Karl....

 

Well Armidale is a whole 2 hours and 6 minutes closer than Cowra, or approxiamtely 23.5 hours from Atherton. So yeah, you have to drive an extra hour than I had to Cowra, big whoop No wonder my my heart gave out on me three days later Have a look on whereis.com

 

Yeah, just wondered on travel times or km's, so i know what we're in for.... dont suppose you want lil turt to travel with you do ya?! LMAO entertainment with a capital E... I think when i was a kid, we travelled to yamba for hols, that i used to sleep for - wake me when we get there - so i dont know times etc but thats about it
