i lent my 300 to my mother yesterday, what a huge mistake that was... came home to find the front bumper cracked in 3 places, bracket half pulled out, and a hole about the size of a 20 cent coin in my bomex bar. Apparently she hit a parking block.. reversed back, and thought nothing of it. Needless to say she will NEVER be borrowing the car again.:(:(:(

she usually doesnt even like to go near it,the sound gives her a headache. bad choice on my part thinking the would be ok with a low car though.

Of course you will lend your car to your mum again if she needs it, she's your mum and she is worth more to you than a stupid car. Cracked front bar you say, what about the permanent damage you inflicted upon her body when she had you? :p:D

yeah my dad has taken my car a few times (not my zed tho)

first time scraped it down the wall in the driveway.
    second time rear ended someone.

now he just wont bother, it costs him too much come near my cars.

My mum is an A/hole, haven't spoken to the sour old bitch in years.
And she never learned to drive anyway so I'm OK there.

Dad would have loved my Zed but it's not low enough for him as he's six feet under.

My dad drives my Zed all the time, never had any problems appart from him never using the parking brake, but it's an auto so it's not such a huge deal :p

My mum drove it once with me in shotgun though i don't think i'd let her drive it on her own... she is a speed demon and absolutely THRASHES her ford laser.

Mum doesn't like getting in the z cause its to low for her, plus its a manual so she can't drive it anyway. But the TT is a auto and she told me to hurry up and fix it so she can drive it when her car is out for maintenance.

my parents see how i get the zed out of the garage.
    1x low rise jack
    2x plants of wood
and thats to get down the slanted driveway with my front bar still intact.

needless to say they dont even bother asking.

I feel your pain! When i first brought my Zed to Maa n Paa's place i thought the old man would have a better chance to back her up the drive. My heart stopped when the whole front bar flexed as it grabbed on the gutter! Thought it was gonna tear right off!
