He can't just plug a stock ECU in. He has larger injectors.

Check your tps, Cas and timing. Possibly a bad fuel injector, I would ohm them all

running nismo 555's, and no AFM, so stock ecu is out of the question.

It will still start with 555's and no afm. It will rule out ecu if it still stuters/dies

Check all your injector plugs are on tight too, mine had one loose one and would run intermittently on 5 cylinders took ages to track it down

Logan, I suggested the CAS as in the video you can see the tacho rapidly reducing RPM the jumping up, which is significantly faster than what the engine could physically do and sounds. That is why I suggested it was the CAS as it appeared to be a lost signal.
The fact that you said you have an after market ecu, and you have check the CAS and its plug, makes me lead to suggest to suggest that there is a limiter being hit. Does your Wolf ECU program have a limiter in it for items such as voltage, engine temperature, fuel or oil pressure, as a safety function? If so this may be the cause, and it might be worthy to check into those areas. Especially noting that it occurs almost at exactly the same RPM.
This is what makes me believe it is not such items as injectors, and coils.

Hmm thats a very good point.
I'm not too sure about a limiter or anything. I am currently trying to find a laptop with a serial port that I can use, otherwise I will buy a serial to USB adapter.

I'll be sure to check that out!
    Thanks

Unfortunately for me, I borrowed Anti's nistune ECU and plugged it in today...

    It all runs smoothly -_-
I am going to contact Wolf tomorrow to see what I can do about getting mine fixed, if not, I will be looking to buy a Nistune.

Ideally, I would like to get mine fixed as I just sunk a lot of money into getting the Wolf tuned, and don't really have the spare money at the moment to pay for another tune :(

    .

sounds like the wolf still isn't tuned properly and finding someone is a task on its own .

I would sink my money into a nistune . by the time you get the wolf tuned properly it may work out cheaper and easier with nistune for future tuning/upgrades.

can always sell the wolf .

This is true... I want to get a retune in the future anyway, not happy with mine at all.
May as well cut my losses and see what I can do. Hopefully someone is selling a nistune on the cheap.
