Ive always thought the z would be schmick with a black top like the 180s out there. Except we have that stupid triangle pointy bit wrecking the smooth line. Wondering if anyone's seen a custom paint jobby that's made it look alright. For those who don't know what I mean, if u look at my Sig the window line doesn't match the hood line. There's a triangle bit (top corner of front guards) that looks stupid.
I don't think i've ever seen it pulled off well, that triangle bit definitely fks it up. Do the bits between the targas and leave it at that i reckon..
have you tried search .. ??? i have some recollection, perhaps going back a couple of years, of a few examples being presented, possibly with the help of a bit of photoshopping ...
thats why you do the extra work or pay more to have the window line continue down along the top of the fender like they painter did with my old car, but he had to stuff it up when he forgot where the mirrors sat on the car and painted them silver instead of the black.
ewwww, that looks like something our resident troll would come up with, chopping all sorts of mismatched parts onto it. i'm scared to mention his name else he will show up.
I have a 25 word/word combination, aus300zx set for my google alerts, like for example; "you know who", "shall not be named", "troll", "will show up", and the usual names. Thanks for alerting me to another kit design.
T'was not I. This was parts of a pic collection my son and I have gottn together over the past couple of years. I would not even know how to use photoshop and don't want to. Here's the original shot, just to sooth the rage
Sorry guys, but those two tone efforts look like spare parts added to repair a damaged bonnet and hatch. Two tone can be done better than that, I'm sure.
Haha yeah didnt think it was That pic was the first 300 i remember seeing about 6 years ago! (probs because it was first in google images lol)
Standing in for the forums senior trolls.... I actually like that paint job and shall be speaking to my mate about it (see if it he interested in tackling it on my zed). Due to the body shape of the zed, unless its blended it does look like a spare parts job.
