Ah well, I always expected that we would lose some due to unforseen circumstances. I have just done a plenum pull & a rear wheel bearing in the last month.

There are still a lot to confirm as yet, my biggest concern is with the ARC in town that weekend if they don't book soon they could miss out

If I'm still here (which might be a possibility since I have to get someone to find a place down there for me first) I'll come but this was the last thing I was expecting to be honest.

Oh and last place I would have chosen to move to if it wasn't for the job.

Not having a go at you, but saw this with zedfest, so just a general statement.
Heaps of people put their hands up for these events, but when the time gets closer they start pulling out.
Its a bit disappointing for the organisers that put a lot of their time and effort into these things

I appreciate that last minute things pop up beyond our control.
I missed, and had to pull out of the Qld jap classic last year that pete was doing for our guys.

 

Yeah I really wanna come and hopefully I still can, but it is annoying for people that drop out for no reason (or pathetic ones) the event looks REALLY well organised and would be hell of a lot of fun with so many people that have put their hands up.

 

JUST A HEADS UP

Don't forget that full payment by the resort must be received 14 days before check in

So that means cut off is 28th of September. THAT IS 3 WEEKS FROM TODAY Friday 7th

Don't forget I need someone to share 2 bed SPA VILLA, sharing this actually works out about $40 cheaper than a hotel suite.
I need to know within the next 2 weeks 21/9/12 or I will have to change my booking if I Can.

Alan and I had a setback last week as well.
Seems the valves are concaved and needed to be refaced or replaced.
We went with replaced.
Either way I am turning up at this event.. even if I have to attend in a F..F...F....Falcon.

Even blowing off the wife's class reunion for this one

I hope some more people wake up and get on this,
I thought it was going to be a good thing and a chance to meet lots of interstate zedders for my first Zed event, but instead i'm gunna drive 400km to see 3 zeds if procky's and gmbrezzo's cars aren't ready.
