COOKING EGG Egg you have me sold on these TD05 turbos. Been doing alot of resach and they seem to be the ducks guts. When you have finished cooking I need to know whether you can order the manifolds pre made from somewhere or the best place to have them made in Melbourne?What about dump pipes to suit these turbos?Looking to order my turbos very shortly
Working on manifolds... ...right now actually. Mandrel ss with a t25 flange.... but an external wastegate flange rearward with blocking plate and then make a few adaptors to fit just about any turbo. --------- Yeah... TD05h-16g with the Evo3 clip sounds very hard to resist... internal wastegate and actuator complete for about $500usd a piece + freight. Clocking one housing shouldn't be a problem on a TD0 series turbo and the intake can be converted to silicone pretty simply. Oil and water lines a couple hundred for TOP quality fittings. $500 x 2 $235 freight $250 duty and gst (guy I know is 100% straight you will get pinged duty! and he wont do USPS either) so about $1,500USD including all duties and GST is pretty bloody good value for money I think. Dumps pretty easy to work out (all you need is a good exhaust shop) Ohhhh, you'll need BIGGER injectors for sure! Cheers,
