Each to their own I guess... Never had a problem with Joe, over 11 years of Zed ownership. I cant talk for others. But like you said, as long as we're happy and he doesn't give me a reason to go elsewhere, he'll be fixing my Zed when needed .
Bob is still around... But I think the Hitec days are long over, except for a select few that he knows well and will do a custom tune for.
