Clean fix though OP, good guide for those who want to play by the rules. That's a heck of a lot of overspray though
This is a bit of a silly question from me as you can simply just pull the blinker out and easily measure the required CC hose size directly. The bigger problem for me would appear to be working out how to modify the blinker so the Z1 BA SMIC will fit (will have to be done wether or not I keep the CC).

No problem. Just as a matter of interest did you have to modify your turn signals at all? I'll be using the Z1 BA SMIC (arriving Tuesday) its 4.5" thick so possibly thicker than yours and I can see I will definitely have to modify them for the SMIC to fit. There are a couple of guides on the net though.
Yeah we had to modify one of the blinkers. I'm pretty sure I took photos. I'll have a look for them and chuck them on here if i can find them.
I would be interested to see them if you have any. I have seen 2 quite different approaches on the net.
