.. it would be great if you could make it ... and yes, P platers are most welcome ... we put you guys at the front of the cruise to take the brunt of any accidental over speeds .. and to hide the smell of alcohol of the following "Ol Farts" ... lol....

We'll have to re-check the cruise rules, not sure if Veilside is allowed to attend [TIS]

haha, so we get all the fines, bugs and cyclists. Excellent roads through the tamborine area though so I'd love to be at the front.

May I suggest going through burringbah range? Just watch ouut for the permanent speed camera

... before the highway upgrade, the range road was the highway and rated as one of the most dangerous bits of road in Australia ... enjoy, AT HIGH RISK ...

I've been looking at different front bars but $350 just to respray whatever I decide on is too much for now...

Burringbah is great, I've hit over 1**km/h through there on the back of my Dad's Kwaka 1600cc Meanstreak. The camera only faces north so you can go as fast as you want heading south providing you havent got a front plate. Gold Coast Cruiser Club has some great routes, mostly tailored to bikes but usually decent surfaces with some twisty bits in the mix

Hmm should I bring steel caps or riding boots... at least there'll be a reason to get a new bar afterwards ;)

Steel caps, you dont wanna get paint and scuff marks all over your riding boots :p

I know the type of bar I want but Im not sure what its called. Although after ordering, delivery, fitting and spraying Im looking at ALOT of money. I figure the veilside will take the stone while Im in the sticks. It looks somewhat better now the oversized lip is gone :)

Was just about to ask this question. ;) Also where's the meeting place in Jacob's Well?

Should we book somewhere up in Tambo for lunch too? I like the Brewery, has a decent car park and they do a wicked wagyu steak! I will tentatively book something if I can get an idea of numbers
