Part of the blub from FINAL GEAR "The boys are given 1500 pounds to buy rear wheel drive cars" to us, thats around $3000 only in our plastic money $3000 for a Zed. Feel ripped off? lol EDIT: oooooh and look at the other gems they bag for that money! That's a Porsche.....944? Hard to see from the angle in those pics. Maybe the 924 in which case :vomit: and at the back, the most awesome Ford Capri (not to be confused with the crap vert that had the same name in the USA and Aus.)

Its TT Manual (and at a real bargain price) , a porsche 944 S2 and a Ford Capri 2.8i Not a bad feature, was expecting the Z to get a slateing but it came across pretty well, definatly the better of the 3 by a long way despite how little paid. Thanks LeGrath for the above link... at 48 mins it must be the whole episode. So rather than watch now I think we'll sit down tonight at 7.30pm and have our own little TG Monday night show. The Porsche is a 944 S2 (Series 2) I think... my car before my TT2+2 auto was a 928S4 so will be interested to see how this goes!

Unlike Mike, I'm stuck at work (well ducking off early today to go home and have a look at this ep), but yes Ed, they certainly do appear to be the same as my wheels! Woohoo! I got a bit excited looking at those pics!!! The one on top gear just needs the GTZ front spoiler... lol Maybe I should get an "as seen on top gear" sticker....
That was an entertaining watch. The zed seems to outperform the other cars in every challenge. It also looks a lot more attractive

The Porsche was a 944 with 200,000 miles on the clock, all cars were rust buckets. So they were beaten around a multi-configuration race track by a professional drive in a front wheel car ... question did the Stig also do an unsighted lap ... probably not. Doing an unsighted time lap, might as well have done it blind folded lap instead. Just goes to show the advantages of lockable roof panels. The zed actually pulled up pretty dam well in the brake test. Oh the panel bashing, arrr its a zed ... you @#$% morons
