**To the guy with the blue zed *** sorry, forgot your name. Pretty sure that your CAS (Crank Angle Sensor) retaining bolts were not retightened. Someone else undid them for me as I worked on the idle and I *think* they were tightened back up after I adjusted it but did not see this happen so will pay you to check.. Check these (3) 10mm retaining bolts on the CAS (You had this replaced by a (insert name of dodgy workshop here) place in Darra I believe.

ahah stop 'blushes' i got the paint mixed....blood orange.... and got it put in a can. sanded back the old white paint and the wood grain and primed it...then painted it with the can.... then lots of gloss but the interior will change in the next few weeks...again

Mark, your nose panel isn't sitting square. I had the same problem , fixed it with washes as spacers under the low side, in your case the pass. side, then I saw the blue one and thought I'm just a pedantic old fart :zlove:
yeah thanks mark my zed started runnin a lil rough again today and i wondered y but then i read the thread and it had moved a lil bit so i fixed it up and is all good now thanks alot to greg and mark and every1 else at the day for all ur input and helping me with my zed its running better then ever now that its out of safety boost and actually idling properly had an awsome time best day out in a long time i loved all the zeds there and i am thinking bout going black with mine aswell after the kit is fixed so plz let me kno ur thoughts on wat colour i should go coz at the moment i just cant decide thanksagain every1
