So basically, according to that, since I've had my Zed for little under 3 years now I only have about half a year before I do my big ass rebuild? Woo! MoulaZX
thanks nigel for the comment. its getting there. pick up the new front bar and rear spoiler today. only fitted the front bar. This is one of Ztoy's front bars and it fitted up very nicely. the rear spoiler will get fitted at a later date. here are some pics of the front bar.
You say that now. After it was fitted I asked if he was happy and his response was, "Meh! Its better than what was on it before". I felt all warm inside like all my efforts in making these bars was finally recognized. I'm thinking of making it my slogan. GP Autostyling and Audio "Better than what was on/in it before"
LOL...........don't take it heart ZToy, there are plenty of members impressed and waiting to get their hands on these. Its a fantastic fit, I'm very impressed with the workmanship on these. Looking forward to seeing more photos of the bars installed and painted. I want to see a couple more photos at bar / road level from the side. Some of these photos look like the bar angles down a lot as you go from the front corner towards the front wheel, however I have a feeling it's just a camera angle effect. Good work anyway, might be looking to get one myself in the near future.
LOL. I knew what he meant. I said I'd quote him on it the side does slope down a bit towards the wheel. By 10mm. But it's a good thing. Bonzes car is considerably low. However the from lip is 120mm of the ground and just before the wheel it is 110mm. Legal
freakin' perfect fit right there. Why would you shave the number plate mount, and stick a number plate where it was? Drilling holes in the process?
It's not your car that is bent I put a pair of these test pipes on and had the same problem. The left side was a horrible fit. So I cut and re-welded it. Perfect now. Although I am going to stick another pair of mufflers in there as it's too loud. Anyway don't stress that your car is bent.
because that's they was i wanted it. i'll have some slim line plates when it is done. so they will look good. and Ztoy. you know the "meh" what my was of saying ****ing excellent job mate.
Number plate is mounted on a L shaped piece of aluminum from underneath. No holes drilled into the front of the bar.
