WA Perth "Riverside cruise & BBQ" Saturday 9-1-10

Rosco looks like you will have to scrap me I have to go in for a op on the 8th and wont get out till the 9th but was still thinking about it looks like being a ball tearer.

michandy, i was thinking you might just come for the bbq, if your up to it come on up, will be good to get out and about for michelle anyway i think, being coped up at home is horrible!

we still have about 35 odd cars booked for theis and there will be late joiners and people who usually come but never post( i could name a few but wont lol) so this should be a massive day, lets try and crack the 40 zeds mark like the hillside slides cruise, (but without daves car catching fire):zlove:

remember if youve got zed owning friends invite them along, and to bring your bbq tongs, meat and drinks on the day!

if the 8th is going to be as hot as today I might have to skip. either myself or my car may catch on fire... black car with no aircon, and water temp creeping around the mid to high 80's..tsk tsk.

it will probly be warm yeah, but we do live in Perth so your gonna have to get used that over here lol!

remember thought hat we are starting mid afternoon so hopefully the sun will be there but should be getting cooler as we go, and because we are tracking along the river there should be a good breeze as well.........

Seems my Zed is hungry for this one. Put her back together today and she was kind of angry at spending 5....6 weeks off the road. A freeway run sorted her out

another update.....ive left the people who have pulled out on the list in the vain hope they find a way to still make it hehe, but 2 new additions on there, so we are on about 30 odd cars at the moment realistically, still plenty!!!

id love to see this cruise bigger than the hillside slides cruise which was just over 40 cars, if your thinking of coming on this then DO IT!!, they are always good fun, and everyone is sensible most of the time etc.....if you want an idea of what a typical zed cruise in WA looks like, check the past events there are a few in there with photos and videos to see as well....

Wife and kids will be coming on this one THAT's how safe I feel on these cruises.

If they are riding in the Zed....you're all safer still as I'll be on my best behaviour

Ivanekovs (Ivan) "DEVIL ZX" and I (Leon) will still be coming, however we may need to depart before/at the BBQ event, work at a nightclub and we have to set the place up, but will still rock up, count on, hear us coming a mile away bahahaha

early forecast says 30degrees and cloudy, that should be pretty good, not to hot and not wet!

Just one car, my 240Z is a lonnnnnnnng way away from going on any form of cruise hahaha, but yeah the brothers ZX will definately be there, glad to be coming along, should be awesome to see what other people have put into their cars.
