Suprised at the turnout. Only thought 3-4 ppl would be there. Awsome pics Am that pic of my car is now my wallpaper, I'll definatly need to hire you for a day or two. :thumbsup: The car show was great, i think the venue set it off with the ablility to use large display's etc + lots of dj's. There was a S15 with 24c gold plating in the engine bay and interior which ran somthing like 160rwhp on the dyno. :wacko: DUB's car was getting plenty of attention which was good however I missed the dyno run. What ya get DUB?

met some new faces which is great and I must say the WA scene is looking great with lots going on! keep up the work guys!

Just thinking what are the chances of a zed only track day?

Was a great day out, i too was surprised at the turnout, 3 red Z's at one spot, im not complaining

As soon as you walked in the door was the S15 gold plated car, omg that was insaine :wacko:, i must say the cars this year was class..

Well done to Brad who got 318 odd RWHP on the Dyno, was great to watch a Z get up there and show em what Z's are made of

Now is the long task of getting pics and uploading them, will post them up ASAP!

ZXxx one of those red zeds is, um, Red Z's The other is some guy from Donnybrook who drove all the way up just to meet us in Garden City.

Jedi77, what "DUB" mobile? Not quite sure which one you're referring to.

Red Z most of the pictures which I took in Garden City carpark didn't quite turn out. I was too lazy to crack out the tripod so I pushed the ISO and used a great big aperture. All the images turned out softer than I would have liked. They look OK when resized for web but at full resolution they are nothing special

There are a few more which I haven't uploaded. I'll get cracking on them very soon so you'll see a few more yet.

wish I got there early, it was too crowded in the afternoon, I could only handle like 20 mins and I was outa there. Most the cars were too ricy for my taste too, could have used some more mild/tasteful cars like DUB's.

Oh on the way out that gold S15 was doing a demo of the electric lambo doors, hydrolic shocks, the boot and erm rear window opening/closing automatic. Was pointless but kinda cool.

Bigger turnout than I thought at Garden City first thing this morning...very nice! Some new faces, new Zeds...great stuff. :thumbsup:

Quite a good event this year. Good to see different cars. I think the S15 200sx stole the show though...really amazing work.

Great pics Keith...some monster camera you have there. I took some photo's...some turned out ok while others turned out dark. I'll scale them down to size and post a few up.

Nice work Brad on your Zed. That interior is awesome. 318rwhp is awesome too. We were all hanging out to see it on the Dyno. Well done mate!

Your blue zed looks a different colour? Might have been a white balance which is slightly off. No way for me to fix it now since I was shooting JPG (normally shoot RAW). Is your monitor colour profiled?

 

can you pls explain the whole RAW thing?

my camera also shoots in jpg or RAW. I always shoot in jpg as RAW images seem to be massive. What are the advantages of RAW shooting? sorry i'm a noob at photography...

I went that way on purpose to make the "cruise" that little bit longer because it was such a short distance. But apparently I'm a tool for parking in the undercover carpark where theres lots of speed bumps.

Next time someone else can lead so I cna pay out on them
