You need to find someone who is familiar with the hardware before you can get into which is the best. IMHO, stock ecu retune is the best option pricewise for me because I'm going to be doing my own tuning but if you can't find a tuner who knows the software it's not going to be your best option.

Find out who can tune which hardware before you get your mind set on one.

Tom@PZP would be the best value to remap stock ECU. If he could not get you another 20RWKW, tell him to go back to bed ;)

    local tuners in brisbane

Had a look on the net for tuners in brisbane only because gavin only tunes and does not supply the equipment needed ($180/h for tuner:eek: ). I didn't speak to gavin directly so I may call again and speak to him directly.

I know it may sound odd but I also called Bob Romano. He owns the fastest NA car in aus under 400ci, and I have had dealings with him before. So I figured he may be able to help, they use haltec. He said to bring the car in so he could look at it before deciding if he could do anything, so I'm guessing he doesn't know the cars.

    Karl,

would you tune my car if I arranged accomodation travel and flights? In a quest for 20kw do you think you could do that?
