Yes Matt. Wrong thread for me to air my thoughts. I do admit there was a burst of emotions from me there after the OP dropped the line the first time whilst I was discussing the matter with him on the phone. Probably the easiest way for him to get out of the situation, I don't know. Already made my public apology. Not expecting anything in return anymore after I tried to ring him to try and patch things up. I rest my case from here.

Well I would have been pretty pissed off if i had gone out of my way to pack a dash for shipping.

This is pretty par for the course for most selling transactions on this forum.

I have had this happen dozens of times. " yes I want it need it now" then nothing happens.

1) Never pack ANYTHING until cash hits your account

2) Never send anything before payment (unless you know the person before hand) I usually always send stuff straight away to people I have known on here for ages. Worry about cash later.

This was maybe NOT the right place to get stuck in to the OP. But I can feel the frustration he must feel after going out of his way to help someone out.

THEN to have it pointed out by the OP that he shouldnt have done anything till he had cash in his account? WTF ???? After he was in a rush and confirmed he wanted it.

Well, everyone needs to start somewhere. This is not my first but probably the most frustrating as I was so sick then and so is my 18 month old baby being sick for three days now with 38.9C fever. Been so obsessive-compulsive with my packaging as I wouldn't want to ruin the dash + it's going to the other end of Australia. Then boom!

Not stressing out on it anymore. Life goes on. As long as lesson has been picked up along the way, I'm happy.
