i was actuallyt quite dissapointed at the japanese crews.. the v8 boys once again just shat all over everyone for build quality no offense to brad.. i mean his car is nice.. but not the sort of level of alot of the cars in the elite pavilion.. im not quite sure why he was in there.. but then again there was that ss chick.. lol i loved the day.. it was awesome.. and that mercules nearly made me cry.. what a beautiful machine.. i couldnt beleive that was built in WA.. and mostly backyarders!!! did you guys realise that was mostly done by a plasterer and his mates (hed never even touched a welder before).. kustom garage didnt get involved till right at the end, they finished the front end panel work..
I thought there was a pretty good mix. I just got sick of all the old school monaro's......way too many!

Seconded! Perth-WRX for top club again. geezus! Thought OZSupra had a really nice club display (scaffolding was great), but perth wrx definitely had some hawt cars. the 06 STI with the CF lip was awesome..... Next year will read: Best Club Display: Aus300zx baby!!!
Dyno, Show 'n' Shine and Driving Events are the biggest influence in club placings. The Supra club had lights - that was it. Cars weren't the greatest; nor were there performances hence they didn't win or even place in terms of clubs. perth-wrx had some awesome cars that performed really well - makes them quite hard to beat!
I thought aus300zx was not a club? would be awesome to enter though, our members have a lot of nice cars Mine's stock as a rock atm but this year will see a change of that

Well I just worked a 13 hour day after getting bugger all sleep over the Motorvation weekend. Was an outrageous event and had a ball the whole time. By the last day and the last few hours I was pretty tired and cranky, you get that when f#ckwits play their music until 6 in the morning and security doesn't shut them the F#CK up! I'm taking snips next time and cutting all their power cords after 2AM, believe it! Thankyou to Paul and Josh for driving the support vehicle either way, and coming along to the show. Hope you had a fantastic time and you get amped enough to display again next year. And thanks to all that came and said hi. BTW Minivan, I'll actually take your opinion when you have a Zed that runs, and is actually finished. Keep your shitty picky opinions to yourself regarding my zed until you can show me you can do it better. I am sick of the way you constantly pick at ppls cars and don't even have a more than a primered up motorless gonna-be-everything but is currently nothing ride. Oh, but no offence meant. Pics wil;l be along soonish, I got a ton of work to catch up on atm, so very shortly for all that want them.
