VIC MINI Tech Day 23rd Jan

Even of you had a 36mm socket. You wouldnt be undoing them with a rattle gun or a 1/2 inch drive breaker bar.

I will bring the 3/4 inch bar and socket. Leave the wheels on the bastard and the car on the ground till I break the nuts free.

 

yes this so called 'mini' tech day is turning out to be quite huge All the best of the Vic crew, one car getting pulled to bits, my car up on the jack and Rods car getting a once over as well. I'll try to be there as early as i can

 

i got a 3/4 inch set too.. dont have a big breaker bar though.

 

i've got my torque wrench aka makeshift breaker bar
I'm sure Mike can bring his breaker bar along, and he can also kill people with it if he sees fit

 

gotta bring more foood!!! going food and drink shopping tonight and get a new bottle of gas for the bbq!!!

im craving meat patties.... mmmmmmm

doesnt cost much to run a bbq.. about 50 worth of food.

yeh... buy in bulk. safeway/coles would have what i need but im thinking of cheaping out and going to buy it at springvale (way cheaper) but i dont trust them..


ill stick with coles/safeway.

just got home from a city run. was on the freeway and my temprature climbed from 88 degrees to 104.

wtf? so heater on full, slow down to 80 in a hundred.. drops 5 degrees.

park at mcdonalds and the car is still mega hot, turn it off and come back 20 minutes later and can smell coolant.
look underneath and its f@@ken dripping..

your kidding me. city road and claradon and my car decides to do it there..
far out.. so filled her up after losing alot, stated and let it warm up, but no leaks, wtf..

made it the whole way home @ normal temp..
60% in for this guys..

will rock up if i can get the car ina condition i know i can make it home again in lol.
