Gear oil change not that hard

easy to drain, working out how to fill was fun, Manual, I ran a bit of garden hose ( clean of course ) down through the engine bay with a funnel on top and filled by myself. Just make sure you put something under the hose at the bottom to catch when you overfill.

 

sounds good i be up for checking it out, i have a set of 2000 rear lights and 3rd brake light light that being sitting under my bed for some time, this be a nice chance to get it installed.

When do we get to find out where it is. Know it's in Rocky but it's a big place and I dont feel like driving around all afternoon.

Aarrggh. I'm probably picking up my Zed that day (Saturday). AND I live in Rocky also (Pt Kennedy actually).

I guess I can go around afterwards. Do we know where yet?

Yer, hopefully we can be back early in the arvo, and go from there, unless you're going back to work I guess. In that case, I'll go around and meet the crowd myself (I also got the PM).

 

Hmmm, might stop by meet some people ect.. unfortunatly dont think my Zed will be driveable at the time due to my coolant leak so id be in my daily driver....

 

i might show up my front bumper needs to come off and put it back again, need a hand. PM the address mate

 

so anyone gonna help me to change the gear oil?? what should i bring along..any brand of oil??

 

ill give ya a hand, am plannign to do that on my box tonight before it goes back in but i have the tech article printed for doing it while on the car... i am going to try and find some redline for mine... think its pretty standard tools for that job
