WA March 14/15 Tech day

Hey all WA members
i was planning on having a tech day last month, but ended up not doing it cos of lack of parts, but all my parts are landing here tuesday/wednesday now, so was wondering... WHOS UP FOR A TECH DAY(or 2) this weekend or even the week end after.

I have to refit my gearbox, new CF tailshaft and re-fit exhaust, and have worked out that the gearbox is atleast a 2 person job anyway.

PM me for address etc if interested- any work you want help with write up here and hopefully it will inspoire others to come and join us.
bring your cars and parts, even the girlfriends, my other half will more than likely be around

Will have BBQ and drinks etc

Pitty most of its empty and un-inhabited lol but hey it would be nice to meet some WA forum members id be willing to come down and say hello and help out depending on what day and what time (i dont know much, maybe i could serve cold drinks or something haha) oh and depending of course where your located ... big place remember. Not sure if my zed could make it though would probably have to pull out the daily driver though sigh ....

depending on which weekend. And I have experience with gearbox removal and fit, having done it by myself on my car.
Do you need any tools / gear.
I'm in Mandurah, so not too far away.

i think the only tools i would need is a gearbox jack thing... got spanners and sockets etc..

 

and 1 more question........what exactely is going to happen??
in terms of like what do we do there?

well everyone who has stuff to do to their cars bring it along, and everyone helps everyone else with things that they haven't done before or requires more than 1 person.... social gathering of club members at end of the day
bit of fun on the cars and meet new members and cathc up with old ones

and if i get the gear put togther on the 14th ill be at the car wash on the 15th...

 

ya mate 14th is the date because 15th is the car wash..so 14th is perfect..hopefully Ross will help me with the gear oil change..
