i think what would help the sale of these for zeds would be:

    install the turbos.
install either fmic or side mounts.
install new stock fuel pump just for preventative maintenance.
    install .8gap spark plugs.
install nismo adjustable fuel pressure reg.
install full turbo back exhaust system 2.5inch.
    install ebc
    install filter

get it tuned for intervals and note. eg. tune it to 12psi and dyno run it. then dyno tune it at 14psi. then dyno tune it at 16psi. and then at 18psi. that way you can allow others to see what each power level will give you. and they can compare to their stock turbos with those boost levels as most that have boosted to those numbers have relativly the same mods listed above. start with the fuel pressure reg at stock settings. and then increase as more fuel is needed for boost levels/power.

if not enough fuel then install the 555c injectors. but it would be great if you do the tests without these first and then once you reach the stage that more fuel is needed then slot these in. and continue on...you will have to slot these in once you reach somewhere over the 280rwkw mark. but to show others what can be acheived and gained it would be good if you started without these and then upgraded to them when needed.

Just posting some updates. We decided to work on one of our customer's Z first, and he's very happy to try our new turbos. The imported Z seems to have a unbalanced tollshaft, Just can't stop vibrating after we changed the unijoint, bring it to nissan for checkup this week.

Any way, we managed to pull the engine out today.

any before engine pull dyno figures? so as we can get an idea on improvement these turbos provide.

Tailshaft vibe could be stuffed gearbox/engine mounts. Did you have a 1 piece shaft made or just replaced the 2 uni's on the standard shaft? Also could be the diff mounts which was a significant cause of my vibes.

The car's stock with FMIC. Its got water leaks on the back of engine. and a blown right hand side turbo. Have to pull the motor out to change water hoses. lol. The customer's just want to put it together its his daily. I will pop down to XTC for a dyno run after the turbos gets run in.

Nissan said its the uni joint costed me $380 for the parts. which didn't make much difference. I'm starting to get over this car after repairing so many little things, just want to give to nissan and drive it out with every thing fixed.

im surprised nissan even looked at the car.

im keen on the end result of these if they are going to be cheaper than a gt28r kit

have been busy with catching up with other works lately. Any way, Have managed replacing the right hand side turbo successfully. Was quite happy with the ATR's actuator bracket, as the unusual T2x's bracket used to hit the engine block and oil filter mount.

Did you guys trim the dump to fit it? I don't remember there being a sharp angle like you see on the top of yours in the third pic.

stock dump pipe. Fitted in pretty easily. The Turbo's made to suit OEM gear so I'm going to put this back in with all stock parts. Engine's got lot of leakage on the back, waiting for all Nissan to drop off some water pipes lol. Or any of you tried to use Autobarn's aftermarket water horses?

Ture. This is for a customer's car. We will make some bigger front pipes for our own Z.

Yeah cool, stock dump pipes fit, who cares. Noone going for aftermarket turbos is going to keep their stock dumps anyway.

Please put some aftermarket dump pipes on your customers car. You will both regret it if you don't.
