Hey guysWith teh price of petrol rising up...I was just wondering how many km you guys get off a standard fill up? I know this will completely alter depending if its NA or TT, modifications, how you drive etc etcBut just a rough idea would be good to haveI understand that all Zeds have a 72 litre tank..

Depends on how much fun you want to have}D

Mine is a TT Stage 3 and I get around 380-400 around town, if I take it for a good run that is cut by about one third.

Jeebus! I wish! Mine is currently getting

about 300k max from about 55/60 litres. Currently looking at things I can do to help this problem along. I was getting 350 before I changes the o2 sensors! Got new plugs and filter on their way from TTZ as we spaek!

That sounds like you have a problem, even

when one of my sensors was gone I wasn't that bad, and mines a TT
I'd say that if fuel economy is what you want then a Dihatsu Charade might be an option. They just don't quite look the same.

I didn't get Zed for economy reasons but

my Zed get's approx 330km max to a tank, and if I give it heaps, prob. about 280km.

    Around 400-500 km of a fill-up from my n/a

depending on around town or long distance. I used to get 300km when I was giving it heaps. Just got some new sensors too on Tuesday so I'll see off this tank what I get and post soon.

Dont buy a zed for economy......

its a sports car, with lots of power, and hence needs lots of fuel. I have an NA, with the usual mods and I get around 480km before the fuel light comes on. This leaves about another 20litres in the tank so I could go more, but dont like to. Cheers

    600 kms to fuel light(hwy)

but around 500 to fuel light around town because I drive it pretty hard. Mines always been pretty good on fuel and my A/F ratios are spot on stoich in cruise. Also have Iridiums.
    Rock on.

I'm sending my arms to Noltec direct

as per Simon from TTZED. So hopefully it'll all be sorted soon. Can't believe the difference in handling even with the original arms on. They've obviously been broken for a while now :) I haven't been doing my 5001 point safety check.... norty me :)

    Should be 14l/100km around town...

Most review articles I have read reckon that in real life you should get 14l/100km around town for a TT. But that of course is for a new car.

I have only had mine for 1.7 weeks but I am guessing I will be lucky to get 400 from a tank.

Does anyone know of basic mods so that can be improved?

Make sure you don't have any faulty sensors ...

especially TPS, ECU temp and O2. Make sure all electrical connectors under the bonnet are clean (PTU and fuel injector are usually green). Make sure the air filter is clean.

If all these are OK you should get sensible ecconomy as long as you don't go crazy with the right boot.
