I have decided that I am going to sell everything I have bought for the Z - Including the Shell.
Reason: Mainly because I don't have the time at the moment, have other commitments and have plans to buy and work on something in the near future which will still contain the letter 'Z' but with some dots in it

I don't NEED to sell any of this, so please don't make stupid offers - If something can be bought cheaper then just tell me and I will beat the price if it's real.

As far as the heads and block go, please consider the labour cost in getting this work done i.e. the porting and machining as I haven't really taken it into account at all (even though SGP charged >$50USD p/h from memory) so I believe the price is fair.

850CC Border Injector Kit (scratched from laying around and also the AN fittings have been damaged (scratched) because of some idiot at a workshop) The Injectors were recently flow tested and cleaned as they had been sitting around and got dirty.

BODY
What has been done:
Every single wire in the engine bay bar the EFI Harness and 2 or 3 other wires have been re-located to behind the dash and into the fender walls ? including the harness which runs behind the radiator support. Aircon, and HICAS has been fully removed from the car. The fuseable link box, PTU and Relay box have been re-located to the passenger side footwell.
The car has never been in an accident ? there is your usual small dints here and there. The rear spoiler has been removed and is ready to be welded up (which I can do). The stone guard on the sides of the car has been removed back to the black zinc coating. The mounts in the engine bay for the HICAS and Relay Box ? I have lead filled these (almost done) so that it looks as though they were never there. Full trim, interior is in excellent condition. The heater core has been replaced with a magna core along with genuine OEM heater core pipes and tap. All of the open cell foam was also replaced.
I know there is no ?offers? on this forum but I really do not know how much this is worth so if someone could PM me or point me in the right direction as to how much a reasonable price would be for this then please do so, so that I can ask a price. 
Includes headlights, etc - basically everything except for the engine.



Block
I am not going to part this block out. I am selling it AS IS with:
Brand new genuine OEM Nissan Bearings
ACL Main Studs
20thou oversized ACL Forged pistons and rings
Pistons skirts have been coated
Crower I Beam 4340c Conrods and Crower 2000 rod bolts
The rods have been balanced to within ~1g of each other and re-bushed then bored and honed to suit the ACL pins
Block was bored and honed with a torque plate that I had made up
Brand new Genuine OEM Harmonic Dampener
Everything was balanced to a 47% Overbalance (including the clutch)
Brand new Stainless Steel welsh plugs
All of the oil galleries have been ported out and radiused so that there are NO 90 degree bends in the entire system.
Main water passage has been fully ported out ? you could almost fit a 20c piece right through the block.
Brand new genuine OEM oil pump ? this has been stripped down and also had all of the 90 degree bends radiused.
All of the oil plugs were taken out / block was tapped and tapered plugs have been put into the block throughout.
Deck has been skimmed
I am not 100% sure on this price as I am still waiting for one last invoice but I will most likely be asking anything between - If someone makes me a reasonable offer between that amount then I will consider selling it now.

Heads
These are not assembled yet (pulled apart again so I could do more work to the heads) except that the bronze valve guides have been pressed into the heads. Everything ran for about 1000kms so none of this is brand new. If I get good offers I will part the heads out.

Fully ported and polished inlet and outlet runners (done by SGP Racing in the USA).
5 angle valve grind
Titanium retainers
JUN 264/9.5mm camshafts
JUN Cam gears (adjustable inlet and outlet ? these have been powder coated and chromed)
JUN heavy duty valve springs
Valves are all still within limits as they were pretty much all new before they went in.
I also have powder coated cam covers that match the cam gears and a balance tube.
Genuine OEM Full engine gasket kit.

Damn mate thats a real shame thats an excellent setup and would have been a nice beast all together. Shame it wasnt like a week or two earlier as my spare block is being built now due to a turbo failure and fuel pump leanout which damaged piston 6 in my car.

Most of the smaller stuff I think you will move but larger items like block etc and especially turbos will be harder. A full kit has just been put together which makes the GT28RS etc a full bolt on affair to stock piping without mount mods anything strictly bolt on and only a few hunge dearer.

I hope it all goes well for you mate you are a perfectionist and anyone who buys any of this gear will be ensured it is the best that it can be.

BTW are the valves in the head stock but 5 angle radius cut. I might be interested in these but wont be for maybe a few months as new engine comes first then Dog box then Data acquisition system then heads hopefully. May look at buying the cams and retainers if you decide to separate let me know

Yeah it would have been nice to get finished but I just don't have the time at the moment and am planning on starting some new projects (not car related) in the near future which will eat up even more of my free time. I don't need to sell all of this stuff so whatever doesn't sell can just sit there. I know i'm losing money here and there but that doesn't bother me as I never planned on making money and would never expect to when it comes to anything automotive related.

As for the 28RS's, I will sell them as single turbos if no one here wants them over at ns.com where I have also advertised them.

The valves are stock with a 5 angle radius cut to suit the heads - Someone is interested in the heads and block so if that falls through then i'll consider parting out the heads and you can take the retainers and the cams.

I'll still be around for a long time whether I am Z'less or not I can do this sort of stuff anytime so whether it be 6 months or 3 years, i'll be back for sure. I just have other plans/priorities at the moment which I can't do anytime and they are taking up all of my time which leaves no time to work on this.

It's an 89 model so I assume series 1? (I didn't know there were two types)

 

yeah, one has that extra tear drop shaped water jack in it. I might be interested in it, Ill keep you posted

new stock valves radius cut yeah thats a new one I would question the effectiveness of the cams given the valve size. I am looking into it and will let you know.
