There is obviously huge back story to this, which both parties are well aware of, to me it sounds like a squabble over the cost of a shipping pallet and who is going to pay it. Hence my question "How much does a custom pallet cost ?".

Your words would make others think youre insinuating Ive treated him unfairly. Ive made no excuses...I explained I could have done things fast but on another existent I also had to wait for things from him and from others. His build was no walk in the park mind you but thats nor here nor there. I feel this whole thread is a mess and could have handled normally via email correspondence. Again ive never not responded to Zane so the fact this thread even exists I still dont understand.

Hi guys, might the third parties please limit their tongues. Feel free to voice an open opinion, but its clear allot of uninvolved members are getting heated by the situation at hand. There is no gain to be had in provoking Mitchell on an open forum. Feel for Zanes situation but limit adding fuel to the fire in an internet mini war.

Its perfectly clear this is an issue that has past its used by date affecting primarily both Zane and Mitchell. Each member have said their piece. At which the end result is that, the engine is ready for shipment and will be shipped once final payment has been made.

If for some reason the internet gods arent working, and the email containing this invoice has been hindered. Might the affecting parties reestablish communications (email or phone) with each other and request another copy of the invoice be sent to Zane. Maybe even double check that their email services are working correctly and the address is correcr. If and only when Zane receives this invoice, should he wish to share it with the community. Thats Zane's provocative. Mitchell has his right to not openly disclose this invoice to the forum community for which ever reason. Regardless of Zanes open requests.

Might they get the issue resolved promptly, so that each party can be finished with the dealing and progress can occur. Zane can get on to having his new, expensive, offshore built engine installed, ran in and hopefully fore-filling his long awaited dream. Along with allowing Mitchell to get on with his business dealings and other customer builds.

This thread has been constructive, lets be honest. Its brought to light some important information. But a review is meant to stay a review. Not a playground for banter and nonconstructive comments.

    Happy Zedding.

Take it easy black. Zane wanted me to post an invoice on here...that is for one not professional on my part to disclose anything of my business transactions publicly. If Zane wants to post that info, that is absolutely up to him but I have to uphold a privacy factor for not only my customers but for my business as well.

I don't appreciate your level of tone with me when I've never dealt with you nor spoken to you in any other form but respect and calmness. I ask the same in return from anyone else.

My reasoning for emails is because thats how business is done. Posting up on this forum as Sanouske has stated will prove no gains for either party. The line is still in the sand that he hasn't paid the crate bill for reason for not receiving my first invoice...thats fine but you don't post on here as a forum of communication when if he needs to speak to me he can do so in a business manner. Using a third party (forum) to tell me what he wants and express himself further is really the wrong thing to do. As I stated previously, his post should have been held in reserve till he received the engine and got things running. Then it would have been a proper review. This entire ordeal has really gotten no where honestly.

Zane, if you're reading this, I resent you this invoice...if you want to further communicate with me about any questions regarding anything about this situation please utilize the email. Thats all I ask.

I also are wondering what a custom pallet costs ? and shipping to Aus. You would think this could have been sorted pretty quick and privately buy a simple email with confirmation recieved. EPR just send an email as said then Zano can pay his bill then send it to him a.s.a.p and hopefully all will be sweet. I can see why Zano is frustrated and this post is also annoying EPR but it really just needs both side communicate calmly.
Heres hoping for a fast resolution.

94ttz32 - "Ok Mitch thanks for the reply but the bottom line is that all these problems happend with your build and other that engine from other companies do not have these issues."

Tech@EPR - "you mean to tell me that other companies don't have issues with their engines? I surely hope you aren't that nieve."

I hope this isn't the creedo that EPR lives by.
I had a complete Stage 1+ long block rebuild done by AMS over 4 years ago. Not one hiccup in that 4+ years and 50,000km+ of use either. This is not the exception, it is the norm.

Would it be because one of those Admin's is now running your previously failed business - AMZ Performance. The same company that left a lot of unhappy customers with unfinished business transactions that the new proprietor had to sort out for some time after.

Sorry Rob. That wasn't my intent. All of those posted links are from many years ago so it's not like I'm creating something new here. Historical background data is all it is and something I had no part in or have a vested interest in either.

John..what does anything of what you posted have to do with what Zane and I are concluding. No one cares about you AMS stuff. Go else where with your crap. You wonder why ppl are annoyed with you...you just stir shit up for no reason and have no reason for posting here.

What it is to do with is saying he has an AMS build with no problems and flying the AMS flag ,,, again so boring, so lame so predictable !

You turn me off AMS with your pathetic teeth out on ya knees fan boy BS, so self absorbed and fake, trying to promote your own best interests (AMS) on the back of someone elses failure.

Why could you not just provide the info without tagging AMS ?

Because you are a Gaylord !

For those who do not understand what I am on about, I have particular issue with people that communicate a message that is not in line with their motivation and actions, in other words deceptive behavior.

Maybe I should of responded with a list of AMS failures and links to why AMS is crap, would that of been better ? but then again asking for an AMS employee to act ethically is probably a bit much. Maybe I should start a new thread why AMS is crap and why other products are better value/quality for the money.

why not lock this thread now until zano or tech@epr have any further updates that need to be included & are actully pertinent to this "review".
ie: 'motor shipped', 'motor received', etc.

OK, so you're not friends on facebook and there seems to be some issue with either the sending or receiving of emails.

How about you email me the invoice, and I can forward it.
Then there's no issue with whether anything has been sent or received or not, because I will be able to act as as a non-biased third party.

I have done this before for other members

    sales@pexcom.com.au is my main address
