Mitch, Do you have a $35,000+ project, with $15,000+ worth of engine sitting overseas ?
I have been corresponding for a long long time, too long.

I am not discussing transactions on a public forum. Use the contact method provided to finalize your personal closure on this ordeal. I am not going to reply to this thread anymore after this post.

You've had all availability to view your project on my FB page from day one. After you told me you were severing communication with me I then finalized my dealings with you via FB. It however did not close the door for you to be able to email me (which is the only form of communication I will offer you) to get further information. You know that your engine is done and idling until you fulfill your obligation of payment.

    That is all.

    Feels like...

...zano has got to the stage he believes nothing EPR says.

I don't think he's being a goose, it's a lot of money and it has been a long time.

If this thread gets things sorted GOOD!

    Mr EPR

That's not how you treat a customer dear sir.

Blocking him from Facebook alone is just petty nonsense.

The problem is that i have not received the invoice, still.
Didn't i just ask and mention multiple times regarding receiving the invoice.
    Yet still.
Be it by the forums or most importantly, by my email.
I still have not received the invoice.
I am to pay the invoice in order for the transport to begin, This is correct ?

This is why i am here, I want my engine shipped ! Where did the progress go ?

Mitchell, you have my email, .......Do you want me to email you and ask for the invoice ?

Send him the invoice then, depends how much you want this sorted and the face of your company saved.

What zano does with the invoice from there is up to him. You have no say.

    The crux of the issue

You admit a less then stellar attempt at promptly getting this build complete.
zano is simply wanting his engine ASAP as he's paid for it a long time ago.
Yet you have an attitude towards your customer and do petty shit like blocking him on Facebook.
But you do have a long list of excuses.
Just send him engine ASAP and stop the stupid stuff.

Righto ive had enough for tonight, Ive got to go to sleep.

This thread is going to have to be unresolved until i get home from work tomorrow.
By the looks of it Mitchell has left the thread altogether and i am going to have to email Mitchell and request him to email me the invoice to my email address.

    Do that

Simple polite email "please supply final invoice"

Im forced to reply with accusations yet again causing hysteria. Magic Mike youve no right to try and start even more drama on another forum. What are trying to get at? Zane told me he no longer wants communication on facebook. I honored that. I havent blocked anyone. I removed him off my friends list. Big difference. I emailed Zane the invoice and never heard back. He then proceeds to write this post which is no where near a review.

I know Zane wants his engine....simple really...if he uses the proper method of communication to get what he needs things would go without issue. No ones denying him information nor blocking him. The fact that if Zane needs to discuss business with me it needs to be done via email. Dragging all this on a forum is good for who and what? Something as simple as following normal communication practices has turned the 2nd page of this so called review into a rats nest of issues.

for heavens sake ..... !!!!! he says he has not received your invoice.

you have his email address; just send him a copy requiring acknowledgement of receipt.

    end of story.

    You know

If I'd taken so long to build someones engine and knew they were getting frustrated waiting. The moment I could physically send this motor it would be on the way.
Instead we're bickering about deleting friends from Facebook and talking drivel over what must be a sundry amount considering the cost of this build.
I can see how zano gets frustrated with you.

Fact of the matter is that Zane wants to discuss business...email me. Continuing this thread and communicating his wants here isnt the right place to do so. Ive never not gotten back to Zane. Ive no qualms resending his invoice but he needs to keep our business between us as its always been. Hes doing this to cause a scene and tarnish me. Yet ive complied since day one with him...why cant he do the same for me in regards to business?

As a matter of interest how much does a custom shipping pallet cost ?

Dude, much as I respect you and all I'll have to disagree a lil bit ( using your analogy ) -
I think it's a journey for the builder but it was booked as a destination by Zano.
Then maybe after Zano bought his tram ticket and got on board he thought of other destinations and confounded the conductor?
Then ended up under the wheels occasionally as he hung onto that VERY slow tram, which apparently had to keep stopping for him.
Then the confounded conductor couldn't find his way to the depot, nor could he find Zano's pre-punched ticket.

    Metaphor anyone? :p

Zano, your story is heartbreaking to read. Good luck with it mate, I'm not taking sides or taking the piss here.
Just trying to lighten the mood a bit :)

    I agree with you.

But I feel he's had enough and just wants his engine.

You admit a less then stellar job at getting this engine built yet you also make a huge list of excuses.

He's frustrated, he's having a rough run with his health and he wants his engine.

He feels like you're sweet talking him with made up excuses, hence he's come here to try and get a resolution.

Just rectify the situation like you should, even if the customer is wrong you should still treat him like he pays your bills.

dear sir, you keep moving the goal posts ...

earlier on you asked Zane to pay the invoice and stated that the ready to ship engine would then be on it's way .....

so resend the damn invoice and cease all the procrastination.

any other issues can be discussed post shipment .. just ship the bloody engine.
