VIC EOI Sth Eastern Bay to Arthurs Seat 18th April

Gidday guys n Girls,

Was thinking of putting together a short run from Frankston (Olivers Hill Car Park) down to Safety beach then onto and up Arthurs Seat.
Photo's at the lookout at the top, then back down to a really nice Fish n Chip shop in Dromana and then photos at Safety Beach Boat Ramp then back to Frankston.

Date will be Sunday April 18th.
Start time is flexible the whole trip with lunch and two photo shoot opportunities
would be about 4 1/2 hrs all up roughly.

blew a heater hose (one i cannot find) somewhere at the back of the block, so no zedding for ages. may just start the TT swap

sharp and steep turn, near a fuel station always scratch
the bottom of the Z! maybe Im driving it wrong lol

Those heater hoses are a bugger, I had a plenum pull and all of them bypassed at the same time got my heater core bypassed due to a small leak, dreading winter now lol, will have to drive in Moccasins and fluffy socks lol. [TIS]

 

Sounds good to me! Still definitely keen to meet some fellow Zedders, and no doubt be told of all the little things that are going to break on me

Would anyone be interested in meeting up somewhere in the eastern suburbs beforehand and cruising to Frankston?

Update to meeting place.

Decided to change it to the Frankston Pier Car Park, just up the road a bit.
Due to easier access in and out from that particular car park.

bah open heart surgery - NA to TT but will host a tech day for all to watch haha.
and mt.dandy is mad to have a random squirt through, 60-80kmph roads in almost perfect surfaces = good late night fun.
and are you talking about a left hander when going up the hill? is a sharp hair pin with a massive gradiant? if so its one of my favourites

clutch kick in 2nd (mind you im about 50mm off the road to) and half opposite lock, she gets up it fairly.. easily? have to go up together one time.

i did the plenum pull and removed them all, but there is one below it all that is the cause of the troubles. bahh should have bypassed the heater..

You know what else is on Sunday ?? The Tyabb air show. If this cruise starts in the morning and finishes straight after lunch we could all go back down to Tyabb and watch it.

Last time I went we parked the car a way away and walked down to tyabb road and saw 90% of everything without paying entry.
