well it looks like we have the numbers so lets kick it off....

if everyone is comfortable with DD me the funds for the day we can do it that way or we can have a nominated zed guy as the cash mule...(not many people on this forum know me)

i want to have everyone pay before we make the booking as i don't have a spare $1000 lying around and this will work as a first come first served basis as there will be only 16 spots at the most.....

post up your thoughts and we'll go from there...

i have to move two buildings worth of IT infrastructure over them two weekends....

cams license not needed unless they are timing the runs ey, and can we have more than 1 guy driving the car, i wanna bring a mate and my bro along too lol.

 

Sure more than 1 can drive the car. Doesn't work out too well if your paying for 3 people and waiting 3 times as long. Can be done though.

The runs are not timed therefore only MDL is required. Timing is frowned upon.

You can "double-up" in car easy enough where each person pays the fee and you just make sure there's a nice gap between yourselves in the running order. But in my opinion sharing only one car spot amongst multiple people would be ... unenjoyable. If there are no spots left for this event there's a PDC day on the 17th May.

lol lucky im no.16 hehe. do we need fire extinguishers in the car? i have one but its sitting in the back seat and ussualy goes flying around when i hit the brakes hehe.

Sure..

Just redo the list with your friend added in. I imagine there will be a limit of 20 people for a whole day event. Each person will get 1/2 a days worth.

Date will be a weekend in June, yet to be advised.
