rear main seal 12279 (this is correct number)
    shifter bushes 34139P (x2), 34556 CORRECT
throw out bearing (preventative) 30502 (this is correct number)
clutch pivot ball (preventative) 30537 CORRECT

These parts are easily changed when GB is out, but i havent bothered as all have been in good condition:
32136 rear seal for the GB... still have one here if you want it
    32112 front gasket
    32113 front seal

Redline lightweight shockproof would be my prefered choice...

Thanks Aidan. Yep, I'll grab that seal off you.

Ok, so the full list is:

    rear main seal 12279
    shifter bushes 34139P (x2), 34556
    throw out bearing 30502
    clutch pivot ball 30537
    rear seal 32136
    front gasket 32112
    front seal 32113

On top of that, I need to get oil, and some general purpose lubricant.

I think I will come as well. My clutch will last me until my swap so I'll just come down to mingle and learn a bit... Also maybe someone can help me hammer down my rad support, I haven't had any luck

:( If I can't get it local, and Nissan is gonna cost me that much, then I am going to have to put this off until I can get the stuff together.

Who should I go through, and any idea how much it will all cost me?

Eddie, where do you live? I work in West Perth and can meet you somewhere near the city during the week if you like. That is if you aren't coming down. Free beer and snags :D

Ok all, sorry about this, but there's a change in plan.

I am going to get all the parts together first. Once that's done, I will update you all via this post as to when the techday will be.

It will probably be a few weeks.

Sorry to have to do it this way, but I'm on a budget.

Maybe if someone wants a NA engine and my existing gearbox then I can pay for this stuff sooner. ;)

does that mean your gonna try and make the cruise dave, or is the clutch too far gone?

Not a good idea to do a PP at someone else's place. If it goes wrong (or takes too long), then you'll be stranded.

A PP will take 2 or 3 guys about 6+ hours.

The clutch isn't really that bad - that's why I can reschedule. I'm still driving her to the train station and back, but no burnouts for me :)

I wasn't going to be doing the cruise anyways, and I shouldn't with this on my mind.

    Updated prices

Scroll to the right to see the Aussie prices.

I don't think I will need the 34556 part as they have to come from Japan. Doesn't sound to me like they are commonly replaced.
