And, just for the record, I deplore the way some of you young'uns pick on my much younger mate, Chili.... not only is he a gentleman, with a very big heart (and a beautiful partner), but he CAN spell, is literate, and always willing to help (anyone) with his knowledge of things 'Zed'! Being so much younger, he might, sometimes, not show the same restraint that I would in dealing with inane comments from others, but he is a true friend to many on this forum (and beyond) and worthy of respect...(anyone remember who organised the 'AndyMac Appeal'???). Onya Chili!!
Happy Birthday, AB!! Welcome to the fun generation...'sex-age-narians' says it all!! - 'tho I'm not sure what 'narians' means....
age Well I'm confused, all my life I've been known as Doofer,I don't have a doof doof system in my Z, where are all these analysts getting their information from, I have had every Z made,(except the 350) but hopefully that might come in later life, so i"ll keep on hooning and hope for the best, oh! I'm 65, better hurry and get my 350Z, cheers my young and old Mates!
I'm with you Mike The problem with Chili is that his humour is very sophisticated. He cracks me up all the time. The trouble is that some of the younger folk (with their still undeveloped minds) just can't see the joke. For them, maturity and understanding remains over some distant bridge (grasshopper :biggrin
Well, I'm 2 3rds through my 50's and getting younger by the day. That's what I like to think anyways. No need to carry lots of kids around anymore - they can drive themselves. I might aswell enjoy my drive to work in something nice
Don't worry young'un... it goes much faster once you hit 60!! Sorta like the turbos spoolin' up and the rears takin' hold....
Could not agree more,I have been retired 10 years approaching the big 70 and still love driving the Z [ only do 3000 ks a year ]
Another one here swaying the stats to the older bracket - I hit the half ton earlier this year. Had the Zed 7 years now, when I bought it I copped the usual "mid-life crisis" crap. Bought my first sports car in 1975, had one ever since except '83 and '84 - guess I've had this crisis for 32 years!
i will no longer be a teen in 15 days means im 20 soon wooo........ i feel so old now. MID LIFE CRISIS
some of the responses here are suprising, i thought topher was older than 20 etc. but what's with all these old people? bloody old people should be shot at birth. I'm 23 TOMORROW (5th October!) ....just like i was today.
There is absolutely no truth to the vicious rumour, that I owe money to either of you two recalcitrants! Fortunately I know, that you both know, that I don't believe one word of anything either of you say.:bash::bash::banned::banned:
The thing that concerns me about all you young'ns who have Zeds now is, what are you going to do for excitement when you reach your mid-life crisis? And, Rik, Happy 23rd, for as long as it lasts!
You obviously didn't read my post well doug.... damn those glasses of yours... probably scratched by the twigs of low hanging branches BECAUSE YOU WERE RUNNING AWAY FROM DINOSAURS.. (oh that felt good) My post read something like "i am 23 TOMORROW...just like TODAY.... and yesterday... ahhh forget it... my humour is wasted... Chili, are you suggesting i should crawl back up? dude....gross me out!
