    I am a old bugger

I am a old bugger 67yrs old I guess I would have to be the oldest 300zxtt owner in Australia L.O.L.
love driving the car got Arthritis and find getting into the car easier than getting into the Holden L.O.L.
Got out of motor bikes about 8 months ago due to not being able to ride them any more and by accident got hold of this 1991 300ZX.TT I drive it only on the weekend and its a real fun thing.
Had it out the back of the You.Yangs and cranked it up 180 and had to back off no more road .
You do not have to be 21 to be a speed freak just that they think quicker than us old buggers well sometimes.--------------BEACHY HAS NEVER GROWN UP JUST GOT OLD -------------

I used to say I was in my 50s, but as of last Sunday that is no longer true.

Happy to be counted among the exclusive group of Zed sexagenarians (the younger folk will probably think that means some form of deviant behaviour - hmmmmm :D).

I bought my first Zed by accident while working in England. I wanted a sports car to go cruising about the place, but I also wanted a 4WD because I like to fly gliders and the damp grass English airfields are very slippery. So I went for a test drive in a Mitsubishi 3000GT and hated it. Parked next to it in the dealer's yard was a Z32 and the rest is history.:)

    Age .............

All of us have to grow old

    BUT ...........

We dont have to grow up :D

    me......
    Age = 46 ...... 47 in 6 days time :p
Maturity = oh around the 25 mark and getting younger every day

One thing I've noticed in my "later years" is that the younger guys cant keep up, seems relitively easy to out work & out play most of my peers. The work crew are all well under my age (by atleast half) and none of them can keep up.... same applies when we have a few "drinks" after work, none of em can hold their booze ( I'm allways the last man standing !! )

Even in my social life most of my friends are in their mid to late 20's, they all recon I'm on some sort of drugs because I dont ease up on anything !

My missus is 11years younger than me & we've just had our 3rd son ( 12weeks old now )..... whats really scary... we're allready planning for number 4 !!!
    :D

Life ...... live it at full noise because you'll be spending an eternity listening to the quietness of death !

    Kingy

    red32 You talkin' to me?

Si, it's a pity you didn't also activate the spelling Nazi! Grammer = grammar!

On topic, though, it seems that every time this question comes up, I have to add one year to my response. This time it's 60 (just a "young'n")!

He (JC) doesn't like the 350Z either... Japanese car, designed in America (California) by an Indian born in Leicester (UK), and powered by a French (Renault) engine, with a sound system you feel rather than hear, and in the back a cross brace where your dog would normally sit! Maybe he's just not "Cosmopolitan" enough!

I've found that Z drivers usually range from really old (mid-life crisis mobile) or really young (young hoon driver) and a few inbetween lol

Whatchew talkin' about, boy... "really old"??? 'Really old' is, like, 110!!! I'm just starting out on my journey there... in fact, at 67, I'm much healthier than my Zed!! Bloody thing is like a whingeing woman... always got something wrong with it - "..don't touch me, today, I've got a pain in the head (arm, back, stomach, throat, leg, et al...for the young'uns, that means sorta like, 'and on, and on')..."!! Soooo, it sits alone in the garage (just for the time being) while I get on with my search for a partner who says instead, ".... Ohh, do it to me one more time...", and I rev-up for another sprint towards that magical 110!!! Bloody broken Zed can fend for itself!!
