    Is it just me

Or is that Registration form confusing (and expensive) or what, must have been designed by a committee.
Nowhere is it asking for a club or cams licence#
anyway sent it in, entered everything.:D

It is a little confusing with all the boxes, but the reason it doesn't ask for licence details is because it is only an "expression of interest" to compete on the track. They haven't had their permit for the track day approved yet so technically can't accept entries.

Once the permit is approved and the suppregs are supplied we will all have to fill in a second form with those details and the usual decleration.

    Update

Coachman's advise they have ONLY 2 self-contained units left available - they are suitable for family groups or sharing.

Judging by the latest booking list it's going to be a HUGE event!:zlove::zlove::zlove::zlove:

2 surnames I do not recognise are Debona and Ruzgays - could someone please PM their nicknames.

    All names accounted for ...

Taking sharers into consideration, 25 room bookings equates to around 35 Z32's attending Warwick. :zlove:

    They're factored in ...

i.e. 90TTZ, Shazza, R33K and others with private or shared accomodation will make up the ~35 x Z32's. I expect close to 70 AUS members including the WA team.

Just spoke to someone at the Queensland z Car Club about registrations, people who sent their registrations in earlyish should be hearing from them in the next week or two.

    I'm Confused

Apart from booking accommodation, I have looked at what entering includes ..... if I am not entering into the motorsport sections and not going to the dinner, but I suppose I could enter into a display or show and shine if there is one, I'm scratching my head a bit about why I would enter.

I mean, I'm going there to catch up with the 300ZX ppl, to look at the Nissans/Datsuns, and to generally mingle, but I can't work out why I would enter. Am I missing something???

For $185 I get a display entry (don't know what this is ?????), participation pack (cap, stubby holder, bag, lanyard and polo shirt) and a seat at the table to the presentation dinner. I've been to a presentation dinner before - Goulburn, and let me just say ....... I'm not going back.

    See here:
    http://www.zcarclubq.org.au/events/2009nationals/regv1_3_tab.pdf

Do I need the display entry, i.e. do I need this to attend as a spectator? As I won't be attending the dinner, then I have to ask, "Is $185.00 value for money for the participation pack?"

Not so much complaining about $$$, I just don't understand. Am I missing something here?

    Cheers,

    Peter

If you are only going to spectate then you wouldn't enter. Having been to three nationals in 3 different states the 2003 QLD Nats was the only one I have been to that had a respectable presentation dinner.
