tassuperkart Its a lie I tell you!

Would have to be an isolated incident tho surely.
Dropped at factory? Major failure like that would have been well worthy of further investigation which Im sure the factory would have been well interested in.

I showed them and they didn't give a shit, Thing was i dont think it was dropped as you could clearly see 2 humps of material still stuck to the back padding indicating to me that the material wasn't the same density thruout

Luckly the store replaced but i really wanted Bendix to actually care about the problem.

So for that reason i choose not to use them, cant tell you what pad ect.
But any company that doesn't ask you for the production number and trace back a problem like that I don't want to be a part of.

I knew Bendix were going south when most of their money was being put into advertising...

Hmmm.... thats pretty ordinary for an outfit of that magnitude. Surprising.
I still submit tho that it would be an isolated rather than common issue which may be the line Bendix took...... Average tho.
Ive used Bendix pads on and off for as long as i can remember and had nothing but success with them apart from a brief stint with Metal Kings which i was talked into using at the time....a very long time ago!!!

Tektrader Z32 Hoe, service me baby

They are a crap pad especially for track work on a z32. The amount of fade on the heavy zed on the track is appalling,

For road use, they are poor. They are incredibly abrasive and eat rotors at a great rate of knots and are also unbelievably dirty spewing black crap all over the wheels.

Just run away............. And YES I used them and abused them.

Then its clear they are not the same Ultimates I have used in the past.
Its fair to say thats a fair few years ago but with all due respect, the only statement within a bulls roar of agreeing my experience with them is then bloody brake dust. Like carbon black. Makes a hell of a mess on the old Hotwires.

However, even on my old V6 Capri, they performed exceptionally well under all circumstances up to stupid braking conditions and were as kind to the disks as CT's. On the Superkart, i used cut down pads on the rear. Superkarts do the vast majority of braking from the rear and I was only using a single disk on a 240kph kart. That disk came in from every run bright blue and smoking like a chimney. Brutally powerful and the best feel and progressiveness of ANYTHING I have ever used!

Its my experience with them anyway.

OK GUYS I got it sorted

I got my intima pads out as they are pretty much brand new and cleaned them, rubbed them down flat, pulled the shims off and put a rubber compound on then used a rubber grease on the back of the shim.
I also greased up the side wall of the calliper were the pad rubs up against and all the hardware for ease next time.

It really was an over kill but better to have to much then not enough.

any ways I now have better pads and they are as quiet as a mouse.

THANK YOU EVERYONE because of this I have learnt many new things and that is what this is all about right !!!!

Now to get my money back from the ABS shop hahah
