nothing as dramatic as the hysteric are trying to lead you to believe. guy runs stupid offsets and camber as you know. had a blow out, it destroyed the guard but the car was never out of control and no children were harmed. that's a spare wheel & tyre put on after he had the blowout.

still looks tough to me... how is the offset of the wheel dangerous? yes i'll agree that tyre stretch is dangerous if your not using good quality tyres that are designed to have a bit of stretch in the sidewall but i really cant see how the wheel itself is dangerous. i'd feel much safer on a nice 17x10.5 +4 TE37 then a set of slim starcorps or any other china rim you like simon. dont make me post up the pics of driftteks...
lol you idiot. The offset of a while in itself isn't dangerous. Just like jelly isn't dangerous..unless you try to use it as a support beam in a skyscraper. Ok bad metaphor, lets just attack this directly, and to the point. Too much rubber OUTSIDE of the guard = this mess you see in the above pics.

wha... either way you did run them. and in NO WAY what so ever was i bragging about driftteks... i hate the bloody things and will never waste my hard earned money on cheap, poorly made wheels for my pride'n'joy.
