lol, see not that easy to run a good time with big power. Takes a bit of prep work to get things right. I was running into the same problems and was completely spinning up to and including 4th gear until I crossed the line. When you get slicks you will probably find you will fry your clutch. Its not mentioned on your profile but I hope its up to the task. You will be doing 6krpm launches to stop it from bogging and get good 60' times and the clutch normally isnt too fond of that
yeah i know there is more skill involved in the 1/4 then you might think guess we will find out if my clutch is up to the task. it's a 5 puck brass button clutch.
