Matt and his car are freaks. 119MPH trap speed on stock turbos! His car is probably a bit lighter than others but its insanely fast for a stock turbo zed. With Mickey Thompson's it would be even quicker.
Excellent effort Wiz - maybe you ate just a bit too much at dinner on Saturday night? I'm surprised you didn't slap Chili one for his comment on a lazy r/t affecting the timeslip .... Damn shame this couldn't have been on Saturday night, would have been good to catch up with all the crew at WSID and see some Z action.

Reaction time has no affect on your ET. You could sit there and watch your opponent race then go and still get the same time.

Congrats to RON & MATTY! and Everyone else who made it. I didnt think i was gonna make it but i found an old nose panel and my old front guards so i chucked them on and drove off without a front bar to WSID lol Ron you got a monster and Matty- you seriously got a stock motor and turbos? lol you guys were neck and neck all night. I had a bad night with a best run of 13.2 @ 110mph - i kept bogging it at the start and wasnt able to get a 60' time under 2.5 haha Ill blame it on the 20's haha either too much wheel spin or bogging it hard Anyways whos got PHOTOS!!!!!!! post'em up - also links to the photgraphers sites who were taking our photos.
Hey Ali, did you get passed the blockade last night on the way out, tail lights OK? You'll do heaps better on a set of 16's or 17's, it'll make all the difference.

Yeah Chad Happy to have run those times, but why couldn't it have been a gnats hair quicker. Been sticking it to JP about the 60' time. got him thinking about comming out to the drags again to reclaim his title, in the mean time i'll keep reminding him who's boss.:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:
