There is two Orings plus the old one from the old injectors you have to use. There is a 14x4 oring that fits on the bottom of the injector and closes off the fuel rail bottom. And a bigger thinner one that closes off the injector to collar join. You use the old oring from the top of the old injectors under the collar to seal the collar edge off against the fuel rail. Its pretty self explanitory when you see the parts and have the injectors in hand. If you where a bit ANAL you could get a new Oring for the collar to fuel rail seal. A Viton one is about a buck. The parts I am supplying with the collar are EXACTLY the same as the SARD kit except I changed one of the weird Philips head screws with a nickel plated CAP head bolt. I liked it better. You are going to have to give the inside of the fuel rail a bloody good clean out and make sure all the oring mating surfaces are clean before shoving the new injectors in.
From everything I have read Nathan. The old fuel pump is pretty damn good. But as precaution. I would check the fuel pressure after any major mod like turbos, injectors etc. You dont want to run lean by accident. I thought I may buy a fuel pressure guage so I can keep an eye on mine till I am sure all is good, then pull it off.
Not promising as its out of my hands till i get them from the CNC guy. I will turn em around ASAP. You can put the engine back in without them in anyway. Bolt the plenum on last.

Ahhh sounds good Graham... Just dont know what the std fuel pump is rated at. But the injector upgrade is damm good and at a good price!!!
At girlfriends for a few days. She overdid her download allowance updating her virus and Microsoft XP on the new PC I made up for her last week. Its been speed limited till the 10th. LMAO 28800 is crap. Damn 500 meg plans!!
Was at the machine shop on Friday. The bar stock had just turned up so they can make em now. I increased the order by 30 pces so we have enough for everyone. They said maybe mid week. I will still be betting Friday but.
