It was built down south, previously Wizard's car. Current tune by 90TTZ.

Finally nearing the end of reassembly. Engine and box back in (box works, thanks ztoy!). Piping done, oil cooler moved, sidemounts in, tailshaft in.

Still need to do balance tube, harness and boost leak test, and also the side mount ducting. Also a bung in the zorst for the other wideband before that goes back in. And fluids etc cause engine out.

Not liking the amount of coverage the windscreen washer bottle takes up behind the drivers side side mount. Anyone have any bright ideas for relocation?

Possibly in the back like the two seater?

Yup! Stick one of these inside your passenger side fender.

Can't remember if it was the 13" model that I measured up a while ago and found would fit fine. There are a few variations available.

Will work fine so long as you don't mind not being able to access it :p

A windscreen washer bottle with a pump would be a better replacement surely ;)

Well the zed is nearly completely back together. Exhaust back on and everything connected. Runs on 6 and can move under it's own power.

Had to relocate the windscreen washer to the boot for airflow through drivers side side mount intercooler. Didn't have enough vac hose at home to run the plumbing but I did run all the electrics for it. Found that the bottle has a leak also so I'm going to get an aftermarket unit that looks a bit nicer.

All that is left now is obviously the plumbing for the washer bottle, all the undertrays, and the intercooler ducting which is a royal PITA. Going to leave that until the tech day on sat.

Oh and I need a new wideband sensor. the one I installed is stuffed, reading 3points leaner than the other. Not 3/10th, 3 wholes.

Good work on the relocation - where did you place it?

Fits in a little corner next to the relocated battery on pass side. Nicely between the battery and spare.

Rookie mistake tho, wanted to check the wiring by filling the res to see if the dash light went out. Then remembered that I haddn't run the plumbing :( Had to pull it all out again to mop up the water haha

Do you know if the 2+0 washer bottle will fit inside the boot trim of a 2+2?

Not sure mate, I didn't have a 2+0 to check. I wasn't keen on cutting anything up either for the filler.

Soft, anything can be welded :p

Bit of a shame having a big old reservoir taking up space in your boot.

It's actually not very big in relation to the battery box, but it is ugly, and leaky

How about noisy when pumping? Surely you could fit something up behind the trim, there's heaps of space.

Will advise once I get the plumbing done re: noise. Still at work so unfortunately won't get to the shops today to get more hose.

I can't remember the last time I used the windscreen squirter so noise should not be an issue. Besides, the exhaust or the stereo should drown out a windscreen washer pump .
