Thanks for all your work Chrispy. Been playing with the nistune trial software, can't wait to get my stuff
Right, slight delay as Nistune have been moving premises. Those of you who have ordered licenses should have/be getting a email tonight with your license details. To download the software go here and click on the downloads link. You will need the main program and the address and ROM (bin) files. The boards are being finished off tonight and sent out soon. I should have them early next week and I'll send them out as soon as I get them I haven't got addresses for post for the following people: Custom TT FairladyZTT Larlok As for everyone else you can pick up from me at Samford, or you can ask drz400y nicely and get him to hold onto the board for you as I'm over that way occasional.
If chrispy can drop them off to me, I can hold them for you until collection. Whatever is easier for the southside peoples I guess.
Last board was programmed last night, they will be sent out today or Monday, and should turn up at my place Monday/Tuesday. Earlies I can send them is Wednesday, I have exams on Tuesday.
I now have a enormous box of Nistune boards sitting on my desk I'll go through them tonight and try and send them off tomorrow or Thursday. If anyone is in desperate need of their's I can send it tomorrow, let me know.
All packaged up and taking them to the post office now. Those who are picking up please let me know if you would rather get it direct off me, or from Eric at A2Zed at Wacol. From A2Zed: Eric Kieren Eviltwin From Me: Duct Tape Greaser Tonto (sorted ) Don't know: Grunt RV r33k
Hi Chris, when do you think you can drop these off? Just waiting on this to be able to start my car for the first time!
sweet! Two questions. Thought id ask here incase others wonder similar things. 1. When i put the nistune board into the socket on my ecu, it fits fine. But i cant replace the half ecu size board that goes on top of it. Little components touch the nistune board and theres not enough clearance. How to? were not replacing the half size board with nistune board are we? 2. how far into the socket is the chip meant to go? I put the mini board in. the pins slid in fine, and came to a point where they stopped. The pins were still visible. About 2mm between the black plastic either side. Is this as far as its meant to go? Or do i have to usher it further in gently.
Just got mine in the mail this morning - yay! It's a lot smaller than what I thought it would be Thank you Chris
The destructions suggest a few layers of insulation tape between the knock board and the Nistune board so they do not interfere with each other. I'm assuming that's what you are talking about.
